Heidi Lockhart is a Reflectionist painter and people photographer.
Her pieces focus on figures, movement and the human condition. Bold carbon, ink and oils are blended to create portraiture and fine line work on canvas.
Influenced by climbing in the Himalaya, backpacking in the arctic circle, and her fascination with remote islands, her photography received the National Geographic Editor’s Spotlight Award. She has raised more than $100K for private charities through her art, and most recently and randomly, found fame on Norwegian television.
Born in Portland, Oregon and raised in the Willamette Valley, she now currently resides outside of Seattle, Washington.
